I am sure if you have been to my site as well as several other blog sites, you have heard about the Diamond Candles. I love candles, always have. I had never tried the soy candles, I had a specific type of candle I liked and had bought them for years because they are very good quality. I recently got a great deal on the Diamond Candle, I had been wanting to try soy candles, so this was the perfect opportunity for me to try one for $10.00 (this deal was several weeks ago and no longer available).
I received my first Diamond Candle, it was the Carnival Candy scented one. Of course, I lit it as soon as it arrived. I love the other candles I had been purchasing for two reasons, one the hours of burn time they had was a lot better than what you would get from most cheaper candles. The other reason I bought them is because you could actually smell them when they burned, what ever scent they were, it filled the house, which for me is why I buy candles. I found that the Diamond Candle I received was just as good as the candles I had been buying, the scent filled the house which was nice. It also has several hours of burning time in burning time (I found that is not necessarily a good thing when waiting for a prize!). It burned down enough to get the ring out and while it is not a $5,000.00 ring, it is still very pretty. I have had it over a month, I light it a couple of times a week and it burns for several hours each time. I am only half way through it. Now for the downside of these candles. I have already ordered two more, Hawaiian Coconut and Honey Suckle, I am one that uses all of the first one before using the new ones. I am finding that hard to do, I have the others sitting in my closet and can smell them every time I walk in, that and knowing they have rings inside, it is hard to wait!
I am also very big on customer service. I received an e-mail from them on both of my purchases making sure I was happy with my purchase, and asking if there was anything I could suggest to make their product better. After years of buying from the other company, I have never received anything. That little extra effort from them, while it is not expected, it was nice.
The Diamond Candles usually sell for $24.95, I had been paying between that and $30.00 for the other candles I was using. I am definitely a big fan, I get to pay the same amount for a product of the same quality and have the chance to get a beautiful ring that no matter what is worth $10.00 but could be worth $5,000.00. I do believe that I am changing the brand of candles I buy from this point on.This review was entirely on my own. I was not given anything or paid anything for this review.
