How many of us are ready for today? After a long week, I am really looking forward to kicking back and relaxing with friends. I have finally finalized my menu which with took me two trips to the store. I have actually learned a bit about today’s game. It is not impressive knowledge but still more than I usually know about football. I can tell you the Ravens and the 49ers are playing and the coaches are brothers. That is it, sad I know but I just do not get football. I have said it before, I love having friends come over which is my favorite part of the Super Bowl!!
My menu today consists of – Inside Out Piazzas, Meatballs, Lil’ Smokies, Chips and Dip, we will have a veggie tray and lots of little snacks and of course lots of Wings. I will be spending my day taking the kids to the park this morning and then cooking. Of course part of it will be plotting how to steal a car that one of my guests just bought. I have always wanted a jeep and well have never gotten one. Hopefully they will all be distracted and not notice the jeep and I are gone!
So what are your plans, are you going to kick back and enjoy the game at home, go out to a sports bar or not even watch it (I have had a lot of people telling me they do not watch football lately). I am heading off to start preparing for the start of my day as my family is finally starting to wake up! Everyone have fun and stay safe.

I think I’ll be over for your party. Your menu sounds great! We’re going to do wings and I’m sure my husband will watch the game, but I’ll probably do more fun stuff – like work on my latest quilt or sort coupons. lol

I plan to serve food and blog (maybe steal a jeep if I can figure out how!)

We are making queso and chili! Yum!
I wonder which holiday has the food most people look forward to…Thanksgiving or Super Bowl Sunday? lol.

I prefer the Superbowl, it is more relaxed to me and usually all finger food.

We bought some chips lol. Hubby is watching the game. I’m next to him on the couch just so I can watch the commercials.

I only saw one commercial and really wish I had not, lol. I will catch the good ones later. We had such great company over that I just enjoyed talking to them.

Hanging with Hubby warching the game, um so far pretty one sided…..my team didn’t do what they needed to to be in the Super Bowl so I really don’t care that much about it. We have a Jeep it was “my toy” for years, living up north its fun for back road driving, but the top is on more then off the weather even in the summer can’t be trusted! I got a Hummer H3 (not the big boy or gas hog) about 3 yrs. ago and love that especially for trips, but the jeep is great for around town ect., I would let you take mine for a spin

I love Jeeps, my oldest son and I were both trying to steal it, lol. Sorry your team did not make it to the Super Bowl, hopefully next year.
I had to cook most of the day getting ready to host our party. It’s always so busy for me during the game I don’t get to enjoy it much. I just now sat down after cleaning and asked my husband “Who won?” He said “The Ravens. Do you know what the final score was though?” Um no, I didn’t even know who won. I guess he’s tired too lol.

I tried to watch the end to see who won and somehow completely missed it, lol. Nobody at my house was really into the game or commercials this year.
