Ever since I was sick last year, I have been working to find things that are healthier for you. Part of that includes finding alternatives for when you are sick. Part of why I was so sick was because of stomach issues, I was not able to eat anything without being sick which ended up putting me in the hospital. After lots of tests and several people not really coming up with an answer, I began looking for alternatives for my issues. I searched and found that herb teas could help and they have. I am completely addicted to Peppermint and Ginger teas.

They are perfect for me. They both have a great flavor to them, and are Gluten Free which is something I try to watch out for now. The Natural Ginger Drops can help with stomach upset, nausea, motion sickness and morning sickness (though if pregnant, consult your doctor before taking these). The Natural Peppermint Drops are good for cramps and bloating, urgency, stomach upset and nausea. I can not tell you they work for all of those as I an not suffering from all of those. I can tell you that they do help with stomach upset and heart burn. I love having something that I can take with me wherever I am. I wish I would have discovered these a long time ago, they have really been a big help for me.
