As we all have seen, I have been working hard to achieve my new years goal of getting healthy this year. In doing so, I have been hunting for things that will help me reach that goal, whether it be healthier eating or help for getting in better shape. I recently discovered Workouts On Demand and am loving this site. There are several things I love about this site, the variety of workouts is at the top of my list. You have so many different types to choose from, whether you are looking for yoga, hip hop or anything in between. I can tell you the hip hop ones are a lot of fun, but I will never do them if anyone is watching (yeah, not that good at dancing!). My second favorite things is that it is available 24/7, if I want to work out at 5:30 a.m., it is available (not that I am up that early often!). Third is that you can download the workouts download the workouts or stream them to your device. I even tried them out on my phone and was impressed at how well they performed over a cellular connection.
